Can I pack personal items in my vehicle?
You are allowed to place personal items weighing up to 100 lbs. in a box or single piece of luggage that will be placed in the trunk of your vehicle during transport.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes, your vehicle will be covered which provides up to $75,000 in protection in the event that the trucker’s insurance policy fails to fully cover a valid claim.
When will my vehicle be picked up?
Once you place an order, we will search our network of car carriers to find the best available trucker to transport your vehicle. We will then provide you with an estimated pickup time. The trucker will also contact you ahead of schedule to confirm the details.
When will my vehicle be delivered?
Upon placing an order, you will receive an estimated transit time for your shipment, giving you a window for when your vehicle will be delivered. Transit times depend on the distance of the move. However, please note that each delivery is unique, and it is possible for your vehicle to be delivered faster than the estimated transit time provided.
Can I track my vehicle online?
At this time, geo location live tracking is not available. However, we are actively working on implementing this feature. In the meantime, you can always Live Chat with one of our representatives to stay fully informed about the current location of your vehicle. The assigned carrier will also communicate with you throughout the process.
